1. Click and Collect:

   1. Take advantage of our convenient click-and-collect service. When placing your order through our website, please note the following pickup details:

      • If your order is placed by 12:00 PM (AWST) on a business day, it will be ready for collection on the next business day. 

      • For orders placed after 12:00 PM (AWST), please allow an additional business day for your order to be ready for collection.

      • Once your order is prepared for pickup, our friendly staff will notify you via email or phone. Please ensure you bring your order confirmation email or a valid form of identification when collecting your items.

      • Please note that we will hold your items for a maximum of one month from the date of purchase. After this period, if the items are not collected, they will be returned to the store for sale. A refund for the item's value will be issued to the original payment method, minus a cancellation fee of 10% of the order value.

   1. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not entirely happy with your product, we accept returns within two weeks (14 days) from the date of purchase. 

2. Unopened and Same Condition:

   1. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unopened and in the same condition as when it left our store. Opened, used, or damaged products cannot be returned. Please ensure the product remains in its original packaging, undamaged, and with all accompanying materials. 

3. Proof of Purchase:

   1. A valid proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation, is required to process a return. Please retain your proof of purchase until the return process is completed. 

4. Cancellation and Return Process:

   1. If you decide to cancel your click-and-collect order before pickup or decide to initiate a return, please contact our friendly staff within the two-week return window. They will guide you through the process, provide you with any necessary instructions, and address any questions or concerns you may have. 

5. Cancellation Fee:

   1. For canceled orders or returns, a cancellation fee of 10% of the order value will be deducted from the refund amount. This fee covers the administrative costs associated with processing and restocking the items. 

6. Refunds:

   1. Once we receive and inspect the returned product, and verify that it meets our return policy criteria, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. Please note that the refund will be the cost of the item minus the cancellation fee of 10% of the order value. Any shipping charges are non-refundable. The refund processing time may vary depending on your payment provider.
